- Price includes 5 lines of copy hot stamped in one color in one location that can not exceed 8 square inches.
- You may order them blank with no personalization.

Setup Fees
- $47.50 one-time set up fee for contact information and imprint plate creation. A plate must be created to imprint your information onto the plastic using a hot stamp method.
